In addition to delivering babies, Dr. Cremer performs lararoscopic, vaginal and abdominal hysterectomies, surgery for stress and urinary incontinence, surgery for rectal and vaginal prolapses, endometrial ablations (for heavy periods), laparoscopic tubal ligations, Essure tubal occlusions, hysteroscopies (for abnormal bleeding), and treatments for ectopic pregnancies.

Dr. Hirt provides clinical and surgical care to obstetric and gynecology patients. With a keen interest in innovative treatments, Dr.Hirt performs laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomies (laparoscopic removal of the uterus that reduces hospital and post-operative recuperation time). In addition to delivering babies, he performs vaginal and abdominal hysterectomies, surgery for stress and urinary incontinence, surgery for rectal and vaginal prolapses, endometrial ablations (for heavy periods), laparascopic tubal ligations (for sterilization), hysteroscopies (for abnormal bleeding), and treatments for ectopic pregnancies. He also performs and teaches Essure tubal occlusions.
Dr. Hirt's special medical interests include infertility, urogynecology, and high-risk obstetrics.
Dr. Hirt takes advantage of the lakes in the area with his interest in fishing and waterskiing. He also enjoys golfing and snow skiing. Dr. Hirt and his wife, Lissa, have two children, Ava and Owen.

He also performs and teaches office Essure tubal occlusions.
Dr. Immerman has special interest in menopause, sexual dysfunction, hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery, and infertility.

Ms. Bot provides clinical care to obstetric and gynecology patients. With a breadth of primary care experience, Ms. Bot performs well-woman exams, adolescent and sports physicals, cardiovascular and related concerns such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, weight management, smoking cessation, and many other conditions. In addition to treating physical complaints, Ms. Bot treats emotional and mental health complaints including anxiety, depression, sleep problems, and other conditions.
Ms. Bot is available for same day urgent care appointments.
Ms. Bot is a Minnesota native from New Ulm and enjoys walking, running, playing volleyball, and spending time outdoors. In particular, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
