Childbirth Class

The Paul Larson Ob/Gyn Clinic is pleased to provide childbirth classes for patients in their third trimester (after 24 weeks), and their partners. The classes are five weeks in duration and are taught by Paul Larson Ob/Gyn Clinic physicians and Stacy Mosow, our childbirth educator.

Classes cover:

Physical changes Nutrition True versus false labor Pain management Cesarean sections Breathing techniques Breastfeeding, and Preparing the home

Class Dates:	Winter 1: Jan. 28, Feb. 4, 11,18, 25 Spring: Apr. 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19 Summer/Fall: Aug. 11, 18, 25, Sep. 8, 15 Winter II: Nov. 3, 10, 17, 24, Dec. 1
Cost:	$75 per couple for five sessions

Stacy Mosow, Childbirth Educator

Ms. Mosow has 16 years of nursing experience, nine in the area of women's health. Her special medical interests include labor and delivery, pre- and postnatal education, and urology. Stacy obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota. Ms. Mosow enjoys volunteer work, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her husband, Dan, and two children, Benjamin and Zoe.
