E-Mail Invitations
We have recently sent out e-mail invitations to sign up for our portal.
Internet Browsers
The portal does not support the Safari and Google Chrome browsers. An upgrade is scheduled for August 12th. If you have problems logging on after August 12th, please contact Darvia Herold at (952) 285-6180.
Prescription Refills
For prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will forward your request to us electronically. This will ensure an efficient and accurate refilling of your prescription. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for the completion of a prescription refill request.
If this is your first time accessing our patient portal, you will be asked to register.
